The Time Pirates

The invention of time travel opened up new possibilities for people looking for dishonest ways of supporting themselves. The Time Pirates is one such group of people – a band of motley buccaneers roaming time and space in search of loot. The crew of pirates on board the Interplanetary Music consists of the brutal Captain Gargan from who knows what planet, The Geek, shape shifter and technical genius with no need of a personal history, purple-eyed Gerta, who claim to come from Pluto, (though nobody believes her), and lastly John, a comic book writer from Campbell, California, recruited by mistake and hardly deemed capable of serving as look-out, much less a bloodthirsty pirate.
